Project Manager

Project/Domain Overview: MUST HAVE AN EXPERIENCE WITH THE ICERTIS PLATFORM

This project manager will manage the Icertis Project. Icertis is the leading contract lifecycle management solution leveraging intelligent, enterprise contract management software by turning contracts into valuable corporate assets. The Icertis platform is driving improvement in several key areas including template self-service, contract review and approval time, and cycle time. The team deployed Icertis to a single Purchasing market in 2022 then expanded the global footprint and enhancements through preceding releases.

This next wave will expand capabilities to additional, global markets and new functional areas resulting in facilitating over 91% of annual contracting transactions.

The Icertis professional services team will be leveraged to:

· Implement the remaining purchasing contract types and expand full purchasing agreement support to global markets

· Implement HCP/HCO and Event Management contract facilitation for US, EMEA, and APAC

· LectureLinx integration to support US HCP contracting

Outline of key responsibilities & deliverables:

The role involves managing 8 IT workstreams and collaborating with different teams, including Icertis, Accenture PMO, Business team, Veeva team, LLX, Change Management, BMS IT, EMCoE Business team, Legal, and Contract Migration. The PM will work with the business team globally, including Europe, China, Japan, and Asia. Strong, proactive communication is needed to keep all teams aligned.

Project Manager Skills needed:

1. Drive planning activities, develop and maintain the project plan

2. Manage business expectations and aggressive timelines

3. Conduct project meetings and maintain mutual interaction with project team members, leaders, staff, vendors, and consultants. Send meeting minutes, follow up, providing updates during meetings.

4. Identify project and application risks, confirming mitigation and contingency plans are in place for identified risks in order to reduce the risk of failure and support success of the project. Escalate risks as required.

5. Track and monitor project issues and escalate as required

6. Maintain the RAID Log

7. Work with all teams to understand, plan and manage dependencies between activities.

8. Ensure resource allocations and escalate resource deficiencies

9. Provide weekly and monthly status updates to key stakeholders, project leads and the PMO/Program Manager

10.. Inform senior leadership of key activities and create periodic progress reports summarizing project status, risks, and required actions and associated timelines. Maintain and confirm accuracy of project documents

and reports

11. Facilitate communication within the project and across workstreams about issues, risks and decisions and other key program related communications

12. Track project financials. This includes updating project financial projections and reconciling with actuals.

Experience and Skills:

An experienced Project Manager with 6+ years of experience. The ability to manage multiple workstreams and vendors is needed. 

Experience dealing with multiple stakeholders and managing expectations. 

Must be a driver to progress project forward. 

The Project Manager should be highly organized and be able to communicate well. 

Must be able to manage financial projections, actuals and estimates at completion. 

Must be able to report on project health at multiple levels.
