Resource Requirements
Duties:
Maintain constant communication with business leaders, Run Time Engineer, program executive directors, project management staff, IT engineers and development staff to ensure proper operations of the infrastructure, data, and application platforms 
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
Improve efficiency of current processes and procedures to enhance and maintain the organization’s IT goals
Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget
Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment to resolve IT issues
Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service
Partner with cross-functional support teams in improving the operational procedures and systems
 
Educational Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Computer Science, and Information Systems, Business or other related discipline. Master’s degree or project management certification is preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or ITIL certification is preferred
 
Experience:
At least eight (8) years of experience in project management.
At least five (5) years of experience in managing IT related projects and must demonstrate a leadership role in at least three successful projects that were delivered on time and on budget.
Experience with IT project life cycle and release management.
Technical background and experience in Java and cloud-based web application development projects is preferred.
