Responsibilities:
- The manager needs to dimension, align and manage the delivery team.
- Participate in the meetings with the customer, where they turn technical.
- Gather the requirements on the deliverables and align the team.
- Build efficiency and quality enhancement plans
- Contribute on the solution building and guarantee the implementation of them
- Track the performance of the team and work on the team-s development
- Address any possible escalations
- Responds to RFIs and RFPs.
Required Skills Technical knowledge:
- Knowledge of switching fundamentals.
- Knowledge of routing protocols.
- Familiar with Nokia routers e.g., 7705, 7250, 7750
- Prior management experience
- Knowledge of different Verizon Tools
