Job Description :
Prioritize and coordinate the concurrent day-to-day project and staff activities
Manage and maintain a team of cross-functional professionals
Identify, troubleshoot, and fix detailed and complex challenges
Serve as a liaison with stakeholders regarding IT needs and requirements
Continuously assess and make effective recommendations to address any barriers or
obstacles to achieving project goals
Communicate regularly with clients and leadership about team progress toward goal
achievement, critical factors, and obstacles
Communicate issues to leadership and deliver status updates, both as directed, and on
regular, daily, and weekly reporting cycles
Maintain all relevant project documentations, including create and maintain project
management plans
Act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration; manage
conflict and use sound judgment in resolution/problem solving when necessary
Foster a positive, encouraging work environment to motivate the team to give their best
each day and commit to the program’s organizational goals and performance.

To Be Successful, You Need:
Experience in quantitative and qualitative data analyses, data science, survey and
market research, predictive analytics, data processing and reporting
Prior experience in managing data science project and machine learning
implementations
Solid understanding of machine learning models or statistical modeling techniques
Understanding of Data Engineering and Feature Engineering approaches
Some knowledge on Python, Hadoop/Spark, BI tools, SalesForce Einstein Analytics, etc.
is a plus
Working in an Agile environment
SAFE/Scrum Master Certification is a plus
PMP Preferred.
