Job title: Project Manager Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: Long term JD: Overall, 10-12 years experience with PMP Certified with at least 4-5 years in Project Management role. Status Reporting and presenting the dashboard reports to all stake holders using JIRA, MS Azure DevOps/TFS tools Should have worked on Projects as Project Manager to manage & execute projects/Programs using JIRA Should have hands-on in defining the process for both Kanban and Scrum in JIRA oe anyother other tooland be able to train the team and manage the defined process Agile Scrum certification will be an added advantage Should be able to drive & manage distributed global teams both at EVRY and Customer location Required to establish standard, Best practices & Quality Process and be able to Manage multiple teams and Projects Able to set measurable KPIs, Project related metrices and track & report them to Customer/management Status Reporting and presenting the dashboard reports to all stake holders using JIRA, DevOps/TFS tools Good to have Insurance domain knowledge Addon technical knowledge on .Net, AWS, Salesforce, etc. is good to have. Have a complete insight into the engagement and delivery from offshore. Understand client business requirements and ensure that the delivery from offshore meet all business needs Work closely with Business Systems Analysts and Application Architects to develop a high-level understanding of scope and feasibility of technical solutions and influencing them in the right direction Manage and Escalate issues, risks, and decisions to all stakeholders as necessary and be the point of escalation for any project, conflicts that have the potential to be severely detrimental to EVRY?s project execution on behalf of Customer Responsible for building cross-cultural relationships and influence internal and external levels of the organization to resolve cross-cultural conflict in an appropriate manner Anchoring delivery Review meetings with Client Managers Good to have Insurance domain knowledge"
