Project Manager/Leader - Level 3 Toronto, ON Contract Description Must haves: Experience in leading high-profile, public facing projects. Demonstrated expertise in delivering complex projects such as large-scale ERP implementations, or business registration applications. Strong knowledge of government regulatory frameworks Showcase organizational change management expertise Skills Required This project requires a strong Integrated Project Manager to take responsibility in ensuring the project delivers all business and technical requirements. This person is required to have a deep understanding of the technical and business environment and be able to manage a multi- disciplined team of business and IT resources, deal with internal and external partners and stakeholders, and report to senior governance bodies. Project Leadership on legacy modernization projects - experience working with legacy modernization projects that included coordination of business, policy, legal, and technical personnel; and experience working with tools such as Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), Informatica, and IBM API Connect. Business registration experience - experience with business registration management or equivalent systems, processes and legislation, and familiarity registries. Financial and management reporting - experience in managing all aspects of project delivery, quarterly reporting, tracking of projections and actuals for multi-year projects. Communications - experience in communicating, presenting and problem solving with all levels of management and stakeholders up to Deputy Minister, CIO or senior management. IT and Architectural governance - experience working with architectural governance bodies. Organizational Change - experience in the management of business organizational change activities such as training, labour relations, human resources change, business process change, business transition strategy. OPS experience - working with applications developed within the OPS, preferably in GSIC's Shared Utility Service (SUS) or ServiceOntario Delivery Platform (SODP) environments.
