Qualifications:

Must demonstrate previous project management responsibilities, ability for cross-functional problem-solving, change management / implementation.

Excellent collaboration skills and ability to coordinate among cross-functional teams.

Highly motivated with strong organizational and communication skills are a must.

Ability to collaborate with others to complete assigned tasks.

Intermediate to advanced skills in the O365 Suite, including SharePoint and PowerPoint.

Working knowledge of Excel is a must, as the individual will be helping create and maintain metrics from Excel workbooks.

Experience working with Agile and JIRA is a plus

Responsibilities:

Works with business and IT management to establish and gain consensus on project goals, objectives and deliverables.

Project Control: Assess the degree to which changes to scope, issues and risks will affect projects working with division and cross divisional management and sponsor to gain agreement for resolution. Measure performance to assure the project is progressing as compared to original plan and budget

Executing and Closing Projects: Develops and executes a work plan obtaining authorized resources to ensure all activities are performed. Gather lessons learned and obtain final project approval from sponsor and stakeholders.

Project Communication: Communicate project progress by producing project reports to provide timely and accurate project status and decision support information to Project Team, Division, Cross Division and Executive management. Makes recommendations based on current project status to resolve issues.

Quality Mindset: You are responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures. You operate with quality mindset while balancing quality and agility, brining healthy challenges to organizational assumptions.

Required:

Must have 7+ years of PM experience.

Must have experience driving short, strict timelines and drive deliverables / provide guidance on a project.

Must have experience with deployments.

Preferred:

Pharmaceutical or AbbVie experience is a huge plus (manager stated this is better to have than chatbot experience if they have experience deploying applications).

Chatbot / chatbot deployment experience is very nice to have.

The ideal candidate will be local (and can work onsite) with former AbbVie or pharma industry experience who has deployed an AI / chatbot / machine learning application.

Likely two interviews to hire (possibly a third panel interview).
