We are looking to hire an experienced, highly motivated, and driven Project Manager to assist our client in the implementation of a commercial off the shelf tool.
The project manager’s responsibilities involve coordinating internal resources with the vendor for the seamless execution of this project. They will also ensure that this project is delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
Coordinate internal resources and their party vendor for the execution of the project.
Ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope and within budget
Develop project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage any changes in the project scope, schedule, and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with the third party vendor
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Project Manager Position Requirements:
· PMP certification a plus
· Proven working experience as a project administration in the information technology sector.
· Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office and O365
· The ability to handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
· Effective communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
· Excellent problem-solving, conceptual thinking, and analytical skills.
