Mandatory Requirements:
  • Bachelor level or higher degree
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) accredited coursework
  • 84 months of experience in Project Management of Application Development projects that include multiple platforms, application programming languages, and methodologies including internal and external web applications
  • 60 months of experience implementing projects utilizing industry-standard project management life cycle methodologies including iterative project planning tracked via a project plan
  • 24 months of experience in IT customer relationship management in a governmental setting using centralized IT and project management services.
  • 24 months of experience administering a multi-agency project portfolio in a governmental environment which includes using standardized project management templates; estimating IT project budgets; determining Return on Investment (ROI); preparing Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimations for proposed projects and implementing Secure System Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) methodologies.
