6-7+ years' experience leading Waterfall IT projects.
Project Methodology No candidates with only Agile experience. Waterfall and Iterative/Hybrid Waterfall are a better fit.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, and facilitate project alignment between business and technical teams.
Excellent time management and organizational skills with appropriate sense of urgency and proactive approach.
