Title: Project Manager Duration: 1 Year + Location: Boston, Massachusetts Job Description Drive Operational Readiness for PFML Demonstrated ability to define service operations models and processes for systems and applications Demonstrated knowledge of Service Management principles and best practices (e.g., ITIL) Experience implementing new support/delivery organizations, building the team and support processes Demonstrated skill liaising between business and technology areas Proven Agile project management experience Ability to ensure process and technology investments provide optimal value to the business Several years of experience with business operations, customer service delivery, and application support Vendor/supplier and contract management experience Distributed organization management experience Knowledge of Cloud Computing a plus
