Position Description
We are looking for a technology PM with the following experience:
  • 10+ years of solid PM experience in the SDLC arena
  • Familiar with working in a pharma GxP environment. i.e. familiar with development functions (clinical, regulatory, Clinical Quality)
  • Able to balance multiple projects at once. i.e. 2-4
  • Nice to have some Veeva experience.

" Project governance
" Team meeting, status meeting
" Status reporting to management
" Financials budget, forecast, actuals
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
o Large complex GxP projects
o Pharma IT , Clinical IT
o GxP system validation experience
o MS Office intermediate experience - PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook
o Working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
o Take initiative, drive for decisions/results
Nice to have experience
o Clinical and/or Safety functional domain knowledge
o Veeva experience - Site Connect, eTMF
o Integration experience - consolidation, transformation projects
PM skills
o Hands on MS Project intermediate to advanced level
o Project Governance
o Reporting status, conducting team meetings, status meetings
o Financials managing budget, forecast, actuals.
- Nice to have - Know Changepoint or other Project Portfolio system, RFP experience.
