Job Description :

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support existing Shared Services programs and initiatives.
  • Serve as liaison between contractors, vendors, and internal program teams to ensure compliance and resolve issues.
  • Analyze and reconcile budgets, monitor spend vs. forecasts, and report variances.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and make actionable recommendations.
  • Review performance metrics, flag anomalies, and ensure reporting accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of Task Work Orders (TWO), including documentation, budget review, and PO processing.
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, provide updates, and escalate issues when needed.
  • Support operational consistency through knowledge management and documentation.
  • Perform other duties aligned with the Central Business Services team's objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–6 years in project management, operations, or business process improvement.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Certifications: Familiarity with lean methodologies and project management certifications (preferred but not required).

Required Skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and accountability.
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret and simplify complex data sets.
  • Experience with vendor management and service contracts.
  • Process optimization and automation experience highly valued.
  • Skilled in Excel (advanced reporting, analysis, data visualization).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong collaboration skills across internal and external teams.
