Job Title: IT Project Manager
Location: Ames, IA

Description:
This is a priority project with high visibility. We need a seasoned project manager to finish the implementation targeted for early summer of 2022. The position will build and maintain working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the project. This individual will set deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors and summarizes progress of project through weekly status reporting. Monitor project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Develop detailed project schedule and plans to monitor and track progress
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs through formal change control
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Report and escalate issues, risks and problems to management as needed
Manage the relationship with all internal and external stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Gathers and documents business requirements from multiple project stakeholders
Reviews and assists in creating technical requirements and designs
Assists in the creation and organization of project test plans
Coordinates and communicates all testing phases with developers and project stakeholders in multiple environments
