Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Bellevue, WA


Seeking a project coordinator to implement OCC (LYNX) software/services for the upcoming platform migration to the new 9.x application. The PC takes an assigned client, usually from the point of project kickoff to completion of software/services implementation process.

Lead multiple project implementation teams, to include developing customized client implementation project plans; establishing, prioritizing and communicating project objectives; and monitoring project milestones and costs.
The PM will engage internal experts from Software Development, Product Technical Support, Coding/Quality Management, Information Systems, Sales and Consulting to assist as needed to ensure implementations occur efficiently and effectively.
Follows the general implementation standards established by the Product Division, which may include but not be limited to, the following activities:
o Accepts the client hand-off from Sales following contract signature Initiates calls with the client to guide and advise on the implementation process and to identify team resources on both sides
o Prepares the client and implementation team for the Site Review if needed (product based) and orchestrates
o Site Review and associated meetings to determine how the product and/or product/services will best integrate into the clients processes and systems
Maintains task plans, identifies any client concerns or issues with meeting implementation schedule and communicates progress to Manager of Implementations weekly.
Establishes and leads weekly or periodic project meetings with members of the implementation team to review the project task plan and evaluate progress
Schedules and develops detailed training plans and go-live activities with internal team and client; communicates as appropriate to team members and client
Proactively identifies areas of concern, such as resource or technical constraints, other potential obstacles that could hinder the timely and successful completion of an implementation
Tracks and approves all team member project/client hours and submits task plan for billable hours / tracks hours / makes adjustments as needed and keeps project on scope and within acceptable established timeframes
Provides training to client on software reports.

Skills Needed:
Strong computer skills are a must, including proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio
Minimum of 5 years software product implementation, training and/or healthcare application support; demonstrated project management experience and technical aptitude required.
Understanding of hospital ED operations and data flow a must. Knowledge of adult learning principles/instructional techniques, technical writing experience and/or education/experience developing teaching materials preferred
