Job Description:
The Client is seeking a project coordinator to assist in coordinating Academic Services projects between the University System Office, 3rd party vendors and our institutions as well as projects within Academic Services. Projects can include integrations with 3rd party vendors, technical currency initiatives and deployment of new solutions at individual institutions. The position will manage Client BEST customer relationships by working closely with functional and technical staff and leadership to ensure specific service and project goals are accomplished.
Responsibilities:
Support onboarding of 3rd party integration partners
Implementation of new feature functionality
Technical Currency Initiatives

oDegreeWorks Upgrade
Monitor institution testing
Manage defect process
Trouble shoot and track production issues
Facilitate root cause analysis
Responsible for the quality and timeliness of the deliverables
Sharing relevant documentation and reports with project teams
Being point of contact various working groups
Developing in-Depth understanding of Project scope and particulars
Ability to moderate small and virtual meetings
Provide support to project managers
Thorough project documentation
