Position location: Lansing, MI. Candidate will need to be LOCAL or relocate at their own expense. With it being as needed work the Manager will dictate when they need them in the office.

Proven ability to provide successful FileNet, Case Manager and BAW solution development projects
A minimum of 10 years experience in developing robust software solutions
At least 5 years of experience with IBM FileNet and Case Manager is required.
Experience with other workflow products (e.g. BAW) is a required
Experience developing web services, user interfaces and database connections using NET, C#, Java or JavaScript and ODBC/JDBC technologies is required
Experience with the IBM ECM (FileNet P8) product suite, Datacap and/or other ECM products is required
Experience working on IT projects in State or Municipal government agencies and/or the Financial Services, Banking and Insurance industries is a plus
Familiarity with various Systems Development Lifecycle Methodologies (i.e. Agile, Waterfall) is a plus
Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related area
Assist and support the Solution Design, Development, Testing, and Modifications of the agency’s implementation of Enterprise P8 Working within a project team to design and develop IBM FileNet solutions
Assist with the configuration of IBM FileNet software that meets design specifications using specified programming methodologies and coding standards for external client projects
Contribute to all areas of the System Life Cycle, including analysis, design, code & unit test, debug and system test
Coordinates activities under the guidance of the assigned Project Manager
Utilize appropriate debugging and troubleshooting techniques and tools
Execute test procedures to ensure product quality
Develop technical specifications as required by projects
Participate in code, design reviews and assist in conducting code reviews
Provide written project status to internal and external client management
Obtain and define technical requirements and scope for client projects and/or solution proposals
Provide estimates for task completion within a project or for technical proposals to potential clients
Produce software documentation including requirements gathering, design specifications, test plans and user documentation
