Must-have skills: implementing regulatory requirements of medical marijuana; PMP certification; project management med/health experience in government environment.
Location: Tallahassee, FL

Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extension?
Additional information: The candidate should be able to provide an ID if the interview is requested, to guarantee the Client that the candidate submitted, interviewing and showing up for work is one and the same
Requirements:
• Experience implementing regulatory requirements of medical marijuana (5+ years);
• Experience performing project management for implementation of governmental initiatives (5+ years);
• Experience with procurement and contract management (5+ years);
• Experience analyzing processes (5+ years);
• A project management professional certified by Project Management Institute.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Department establish short and long-term objectivities for operational support, as directed by the Department;
• Participate in regularly scheduled calls and meetings related to program operations, as directed by the Department;
• Provide consultation to external providers and Department`s management, and other partners regarding program operations as directed by the Department;
• Develop and maintain project artifacts and documentation related to program operations, as directed by the Department;
• Assist management with coordination, scheduling and tracking of the external providers related to contractual services provided to Client`s as directed by the Department;
• Weekly, develop and maintain weekly/monthly updates using MS Word, Excel, Project or other software tools or applications as directed by the Department;
• Provide a monthly summary documenting the activities performed during the month.
