Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years of related IT experience. Previous experience as a lead in a functional area, managing cross functional teams on large scale projects or supervisory experience including hiring, training, assigning work and managing the performance of staff.

Technical requirements:
-agile experience
-demonstrated experience in leading traditional IT department projects from traditional waterfall to agile/cloud can show the transformation
-has worked directly with cloud products
-senior level Project management or Program Management experience
Highly preferred:
-experience working in a call flow environment/projects
Soft skill requirements:
-Must be able to motivate (great listening skills, building relationships and leveraging those relationships to motivate and influence)
-Must be a driver of the project they want their name on it
-prioritization must know what the most important things are that have to get done every day and what things can wait



  • High Level Project Description(if applicable): They have been building out a new cloud based call flow program. The old platform was avaya and they are migrating (have been migrating) to amazon connect. This will be in all of their call centers around the country
  • Team size, Head count footprint of IT and department, what types of individuals will this person be working with and communicating with:executive, development, business, etc: Tony has about 10 people in his department. They are program and project managers. He is peers with Brandie Prosser and Molly Diebel who have delivery (application development teams)

This person will need to be a very strong PM who can coordinate very large scale projects with multiple scrum teams implementing the new technology. They need an understanding of Agile and migrating on premise to Cloud (preferred). The PM will work closely with the Telecom App Dev team and the Product Owner in migrating to AWS Connect. This person will report to Tony Sideris who can assist with providing additional skill sets required. The preferred location is Clayton.
