Job description- Knowledge & Skills Identifies critical issues with ease, assists in the facilitation of team and client meetings, delivers informative, well-organized presentations, and understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully. Generates enthusiasm among team members, proactively seeks opportunities to serve in leadership roles, and challenges others to develop as leaders while serving as a role model. Education and Experience Minimum of 10 years' experience in the planning and delivery of complex projects/programs (in particular large scale / global implementations or M&A integrations) Minimum of 5-8 years' experience in business transformation projects changing organizations work practices through technology 8+ years of in-depth experience/knowledge of MS Office Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint), & MS SharePoint and MS Project 2007-2010 and PM tools like Jira and Smartsheets Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Smartsheets required, including extensive ability to use and build spreadsheets using advanced tactics (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dependencies) for analysis and support 10+ years of operational and program and project management experience. Strategic thinking capability balanced with tactical and implementation/execution skills Exceptional influencing skills and preferred experience working cross functionally across many areas and levels of an organization Strong customer relationship management focus with an ability to demonstrate experience and ability to build relationships with clients at a senior level Experience of international or multi-cultural environments is a plus Change Management skills and a flexible approach to change, an ability to adapt to new challenges is required. Solid understanding of SDLC best practices including both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Understanding of IT landscape from business applications perspective is preferred.
