Program Manager / Project Lead
Location: Rock Island, IL
Duration: Long term contract
Candidates who can work independently are more preferred
Must-have: 8 10+ yrs program/contract management (DoD/Army), leading logistics/support contracts; stakeholder management with COR/KO; monthly status and QASP/reporting ownership.
Tools/Processes: Familiar with DSAMS/CISIL/APSMR/LMP/GFEBS (at least working knowledge), SAM.gov service contract reporting.
Clearance/Compliance: Active Secret or eligibility; comfortable with AT Level I, OPSEC, IA/TARP training requirements.
Nice-to-have: Prior JMC/HQ experience; PMP.
