Job Title/ Role: Program Manager We are recruiting highly motivated and accomplished individuals with prior experience of managing product implementation built on Microsoft technology stack in Banking/Mortgage domain. This senior position is a client facing role responsible for developing, managing and leading delivery team engaged for one or more clients. The role will be expected to drive key advances in SMAC (Social, Mobile, Analytics & Cloud The primary responsibilities will include working with the client to carve the roadmap for the product in line with the business priorities and own the execution of projects and programs with highest level of quality and commitment. Roles and Responsibilities: Key skills required for the job are: Program Management Technology bent of mind preferably in Microsoft, Digital and Cloud platform Banking Domain Client Interfacing and Relationship building skills As a Program Manager, you are responsible for reviewing, monitoring, controlling and supporting growth of the client engagement fueled by a consistent delivery track record. You are responsible for nurturing client relationship and be the focal point of contact for Wipro's overall program delivery in the account. Accountable for customer and employee satisfaction within the account. You are responsible for building and managing scale, complexity, areas of strategic focus and depth of experience and knowledge within the team. Represents Wipro and deals with executive team of the client organization. As a Senior Partner, you are responsible to function as a trusted advisor for clients. You should be able to lead clients' strategies, business models, and architectures, and may provide an advisory role in the later stages of requirements definition, design, and execution. You should be able to act as a transformation change agent. Proven track record in handling multi-site delivery and coordinating demand-supply resource management for complex programs/projects. Ability to create and manage the SOWs with clients and portfolios. Ability to run complex projects under SLAs and manage Service Arrangements. Presentation of development & test strategies and plans to senior stakeholders both internally and externally. Accurate and comprehensive metrics and reports on testing progress/issues and remedial action. Develop strong and effective working relationships with Project management, Business Analysis, IT Development/Support teams. Participate in the planning and prioritization of future projects. Ensure consistent process. Engage with central process roles and peers to ensure alignment with department standards. Minimum work experience: 15 - 20 Years
