Managing quality assurance on large government projects.
Must have experience in creating project level risk and issue management plans.
Experience in Quality Management within IT projects (preferably with budgets greater than $10 million and multi-phase, multi-year implementations)
Intermediate+ level knowledge and understanding to support research and ability to apply concepts, of the Software Engineering Institute's (SEI) Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)
