Job Description :
This position will support the HR Business Controls Management department (HR Risk and Compliance Candidates shall have demonstrated evidence of successfully applying advance program management discipline in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and techniques. Shall have experience with operational controls and compliance practices and monitoring their effectiveness. Shall have demonstrated abilities to negotiate agreements, settle disputes equitably and defuses high tension situations. Shall have the ability to work positively with a wide range of individuals involved in Risk and Compliance, have strong leadership and management skills and have the ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems.


· Day-to-day management of the various planed and inflight risk and controls initiatives

· Management communication regarding all program management matters

· Resolving cross-program issues and strategic issues with senior stakeholders

· Demonstrating “visible” support to the program

· Coordinating projects and their interdependencies

· Facilitate meetings with senior executives, as well as with cross-functional teams

Key Skills Required:

· Advanced experience in Principles of Project/Program or Portfolio Management. YOE- [6 yrs]

· Strong Persuasive & negotiation skills.

· Effective communication skills, both verbal and writing

· Strong experience and hands on with Salesforce CRM experience.

· Strong experience working in SAFE (Agile Environment) & Rally for Work Item Management.

Tools & Platform Experience with (Mandatrory)

· Micrsoft Suite (Excel , Word & Powerpoint)

· Rally (Work Item Management)
