Job Description :

Work with product experts to identify, document, plan and implement removal of incompatible devices and account constructs in support of network upgrades

Identify and quantify main cases vs. edge cases
Develop on-going business rules
Develop and deliver the logistics planning to support ongoing migration efforts
Performs other duties as assigned
Coordination and management of EOL equipment activities with Offer/Marketing comms teams, Billing, Field Operations, Customers Ops, and other key stakeholders

Conduct cross functional meetings
Create and drive Program & Project Plans
Oversee and track installation planning core team
Interface with ops teams to ensure support activities are planned and implemented
Partner with Marketing for product strategies / offers for swap customers
Report status to program and leadership
Produce, maintain and deliver statusing and support documentation

Produces core team level readouts and executive level statusing
Documents workflows/processes
Organizes regular data evaluations

Database/excel proficiency is a must
Build/enable dashboards or other statusing methods
Proficient in establishing and visualizing health metrics
Ideal attributes:

Is able to autonomously gather and maintain critical contacts
Builds and establishes relationships easily
Needs very little oversight (although will be supported)
Willing to get deeply in to the weeds
Not only drives Program/Projects but is an integral solution agent (i.e., produces outputs supporting the overall program)
