Program Manager


Must have:

  • 7+ years’ experience in management consulting, project, or program management within complex and cross-functional environments
  • Hospitality or multi-unit operations experience s
  • Develop project charters, scope definitions, timelines, RACIs, and KPIs.
  • Coordinate leadership touchpoints, decision-making milestones, and alignment across Operations, Finance, and HR.

GM Talent Review – MVP Stand-Up

  • Support design and implementation of the GM Green/Yellow/Red performance model.
  • • Coordinate cross-functional input gathering (Ops, HR, Finance, Commercial).
    • Establish a repeatable annual cycle for GM talent reviews.
    • Build templates, scoring guides, and meeting facilitation materials.
    • Ensure structured rollout and communication approach with field leaders.
    Monthly Reporting & Owner/Asset Manager Call Cadence
    • Lead the design and codification of monthly reporting requirements for properties.
    • Facilitate listening sessions with Owners, AMs, and GMs to align on expectations and reduce reporting burden.
    • Build standard templates, timelines, and distribution processes.
    • Support development of dynamic reporting packages that replace property-by-property customization.
    Organizational Email Communications Management
    • Create a centralized system for organizing, prioritizing, and sequencing email communications to hotels.
    • Implement tagging, batching, or simplification strategies to reduce hotel burden.
    • Coordinate cross-department messaging while ensuring clarity, minimal duplication, and aligned timing.
    E. GM Sentiment Survey (Design & Launch)
    • Manage end-to-end survey project plan including stakeholder input, vendor coordination (if applicable), pilot testing, and rollout.
    • Develop reporting dashboards, insights summaries, and action planning frameworks.
    • Coordinate annual cycle for measurement and continuous improvement.
    F. Management Operating Model Evolution (AI-Informed Staffing Model)
    • Support design and testing of new hotel staffing models incorporating automation and AI.
    • Coordinate pilot rollout across selected Seattle hotels, including timeline, roles, metrics, and feedback loops.
    • Track KPIs and outcomes, producing readiness recommendations for broader scale.
    G. Scorecard Refinement for GMs & Hotels
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams to update GM and hotel scorecards.
    • Support definition of KPIs, weighting, and integration into performance reviews.
    • Manage rollout materials, communication, and training.
    • Create aligned cadence for performance health conversations.
