Role: Program Delivery Director Location: Santa Clara, CA Duration: Full time ? 15+ years of experience in program delivery management and handled multiple projects ? Manage Project delivery and program management of the account ? Responsible for overall client satisfaction and SLA?s ? Plan and direct project and operations activities to meet the project/company's objectives ? Devise evaluation strategies to monitor performance and determine the need for improvements ? Develop or approve budgets and operations ? Supervise all program and project managers involved to provide feedback and resolve complex problems ? Develop the development team to ensure quality end service to clients ? Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines ? Excellent team management, guide and direct the team for successful execution of the project ? Strong verbal, visual, and written communication skills with the ability to explain approach to all levels in the organization including key stakeholders ?
