Job Description :

·         Expert level skills in UNIX &Oracle - Mandatory

·         Excellent Communication Skills - Mandatory

·         Should have worked for a L2 Prod Support role (Mandatory)

·         Prior experience and ability to investigate and troubleshoot issues, logs escalated by L1 team -( Mandatory)

·         Good understanding of Banking Domain

·         Need to work in weekends during scheduled activities – Mandatory

·         Have knowledge on Autosys and trouble shooting

·         Good exposure to middleware technology

·         ELK/Kibana/AppDynamics/ITRS/Splunk exposure would add more value
