Job Description :

We are looking for a Full time/contract employee for a Production Support Analyst

Can work remotely but will need to come to the project site occasionally to meet with the team.

Extract Transform & Load - TX Medicaid Fraud & Abuse Detection System (MFADS) Production Support Lead supervises a team of 8 technology resources including business analysts and developers responsible for maintaining the Texas Medicaid Fraud & Abuse Detection System (MFADS) and supporting MFADS users.
The team follows Agile delivery methods to quickly resolve system issues as well as to maintain and improve the solution. This role requires a strong understanding of both the MFADS technical solution and business processes. The role maintains and develops relationships with client executives and end-users to plan and deliver support. This role also helps develop team members by regularly sharing knowledge, peer-reviewing work products, and providing constructive feedback.

General Responsibilities
Work with delivery managers, product owners, other architects, and the client to design data and analytics solutions that
meet the client's business needs. Lead a team of business analysts and developers responsible for delivering and supporting data and analytic.
