Job Description :
Position Requirements:
BS degree in logistics, supply chain management, or other supply chain relevant discipline.
7+ years supply chain, project or product management, or digital capability development experience
Experience leveraging Agile Process Management techniques to deliver incremental advancements in a collaborative environment.
Experience leading transition from traditional waterfall project management to Agile preferred.
Experience leading complex projects in a distributed supply chain environment required.
Experience leading projects that leverage technology to improve process efficiencies, including application Development, Testing, and Software Deployment Life Cycles.
Experience leading projects with 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) or Contract Manufacturing partners.
Demonstrated experience leveraging lean tools to eliminate waste, enhance customer and shareholder value.
Demonstrated understanding of logistics, distribution, and end to end supply chain.
Distribution Center and or Manufacturing warehousing experience preferred.
Experience managing people and processes in a manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and delivery/service.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge of ERP, CRM, delivery, WMS and TMS systems knowledge.
Able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines
Excellent coaching, guiding and developmental skills; able to organize and allocate resources to achieve business objective
Strong technical and application development acumen
Financial and business acumen
Strong verbal and written communication skills
