Job Title: Sr.Product Owner

AS A PRODUCT OWNER YOU WILL:
Collaborate with product, business, and technical partners to draft technical requirements based on business requirements
Write user stories based on technical requirements and manage the product backlog
Actively participate in daily scrum standup with onshore and offshore teams, including late evening calls with the offshore team, to effectively communicate the work to be performed by the technical team
Prepare sequence diagrams and other technical documentation
Collaborate with QA engineers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth deployments
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering
4+ years of relevant work experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst on a cross-functional software development team
Proven experience communicating with stakeholders at all levels (technical and non-technical)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to write technical requirements
Experience working with onshore and offshore teams
Detail oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure smooth delivery
Strong understanding of agile software development methodology
Strong conceptual grasp of technology with successful history of delivering technical projects
Self-starter capable of working independently
Experience working on large systems based on client server architecture
Experience with web and mobile application development
Experience with JiraAlign, JIRA, qTest, and Clearwater
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent problem-solving skills
Knowledge of product development and software development lifecycles
Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Experience in the telecommunications industry
Proven decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Ability to analyze complex and large amounts of data
