We are looking for a proactive Product Manager with 3–4 years of experience to own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond. The candidate will define product strategy, prioritize features, and work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver products that delight customers and drive business growth.
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from customers, stakeholders, and market research
Translate product requirements into detailed specifications and user stories
Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback and analytics
Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and identify opportunities for differentiation
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams for product launches and adoption strategies
Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business impact and technical feasibility
Define KPIs and success metrics for product performance
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
3–4 years of experience as a Product Manager, Associate Product Manager, or similar role
Strong understanding of product lifecycle, agile methodologies, and product management frameworks
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with product management tools like Jira, Aha!, or Productboard
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Data-driven decision-making mindset
Experience in UX/UI design collaboration
Exposure to SaaS, mobile, or web-based product environments
Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
Agile/Scrum certification or equivalent product management certifications (CSPO, Pragmatic Institute)
Strategic thinking and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
