Position Description:
Understands business and user priorities, and technical feasibility in order to prioritize the product backlog and manage risks. • Focus on delivering product value through careful and deliberate prioritization using data. • Work with product designers (internal and/or external) to ensure timely delivery of designs and assets to the engineering development team. • Conduct product experiments, user interviews and other validation techniques to gather feedback and product insights • Initiates or translates the product road map into manageable product features in the backlog through scoping sessions. • Work hands-on with the product team to prioritize, plan, and deliver the product • Ensures the backlog is populated with enough prioritized user stories that are ready to be estimated for the next two iterations. • Defines analytics to be collected regarding the product, and prioritizes their collection. • Verifies that the delivered software product meets desired business outcomes. • Redefines the backlog content to optimize business outcomes based on software product feedback. • Employs and/or champions Agile software processes, culture, best practices, and techniques. • Gathers user and stakeholder feedback to drive improvements and manage the product roadmap. • Actively employs user research using lean validation techniques. • Actively manages features and dependencies in and across product releases. • Communicates openly and frequently with the team by being responsive to in-person prompts. • Actively works to identify and remove/ mitigate risks and blockers to product dellivery. • Assesses the overall health of the product and prompts key decisions to move it forward.

Experience Required:
5+ years with progressive responsibilities in IT and Agile Framework with Lean Product Management Principals

Skills Required:
Must be able to think and act strategically, without constraints, but be able to operationalize • Strong communication, collaborative, and influencing skills • Proven ability to work closely with upper management • Strong personal presence to be able to represent technical concerns in Product Line prioritization

Education Required:
Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field Master’s degree desirable.
