Job Description :

·         Minimum 3- 5 years as a Product Manager

·         Minimum 2 years in the Healthcare space/Payers/Providers/Claims/Clinical is required

·         Minimum 1-year experience with Salesforce is required, preferably Health Cloud

·         Experience in web-based and mobile applications

·         Familiarity with web UI and UX best practices

·         Experience in Agile practices, using Jira and Confluence

·         Excellent communication and documentation skills

·         Should be able to collaborate with the technical team and client operations team on a daily basis to determine features, issues, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies 

·         Should be able to Define and document user stories, business cases, acceptance criteria, personas, review test plans and contribute to UI design

·         Manage, own and prioritize product backlog and keep it up to date

·         Should be able to Lead bug triage, backlog grooming and sprint ceremonies with scrum/cross teams

·         Ability to Identify and execute acceptance test scenarios for critical features,

·         Communicate project updates, risks, and milestones to stakeholders

·         Define and analyze success metrics and filter learning back to the team 

·         Create product documentation and offer product training to team members

·         BS or MS in Marketing, Engineering, Science or related Field
