The Product/Platform Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product/platform and customer requirements, defining the product/platform vision, and working closely with all different streams and their stakeholders (business, IT, management) to ensure right platform is built for client needs.

The Product Manager is expected to:

Track the product strategy and roadmap to ensure the stated objectives are met
Have overall ownership of Epic, features and stories
Ensure platform is built in a way it can be ported to client and implementable for wide credit union ecosystem
Develop the core positioning and messaging for the platform
Deliver components and business capabilities that are reusable across all the streams
Participate in show case and signoff sprint deliverables
Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage platform build
Perform market research with respect to the needs of credit unions and bring them into the platform
Act as a leader within the company
Requirements:

Minimum of 10-12 years of experience as a Product Manager
Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
Experience in building products and platforms in US market
Functional background, with knowledge/experience in consumer banking – deposits, loans, cards, mortgages and payments
Technical background, with experience in salesforce and mule soft
Excellent teamwork skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
