Understand and evangelize the key business goals that you are tasked to drive Translate business objectives into team-level OKRs and success measurements Define a business strategy to achieve your business objectives Gather user & customer requirements, market research, & competitive intel to inform your product priorities Define & drive a product vision & roadmap that engages your users and customers and grows our business Partner with stakeholders to refine priorities and product designs Build alignment & gain buy-in across product and design team, technology team, cross-functional partners (medical, strategy, operations, customer support, compliance, etc) and executive team Design and drive requirements for our cross-functional engineering, data, & design team, manage an agile backlog and facilitate lean UX process Define new features (epics) with problem statements, business value, hypotheses, and requirements Collaborate with user experience design and technical design partners to scope solutions Keep your sprint team's backlog always filled with 30 days of shovel-ready work Drive on-time delivery of features Coordinate to ensure that any associated launch activities happen on time (marketing, training) Evaluate the success of your features through rigorous analytics, surveying, and user research Analyze this data to drive insights and business results through strategic decision making and experiments Present successes and failures to senior management, identifying opportunities for improvement or innovative leaps ahead of the competition
