We are seeking a results-driven Product Manager with 3–4 years of experience to own product initiatives from discovery to launch. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to deliver customer-centric solutions and measurable business impact.
This role is ideal for someone who can independently manage features or product modules while contributing to overall product strategy.
Own specific product features or modules end-to-end.
Define product requirements (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
Conduct user research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis.
Identify user pain points and translate them into actionable insights.
Contribute to product roadmap planning and prioritization.
Work closely with engineering and design teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
Lead sprint planning, grooming, and review meetings.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
Coordinate cross-functional launches.
Define and track product KPIs (adoption, retention, engagement, conversion).
Use analytics tools to derive insights and recommend improvements.
Run experiments (A/B tests) to optimize product performance.
Align with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Act as a bridge between technical and business teams.
3–4 years of experience in Product Management (or 2+ years PM + relevant prior experience).
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
Experience writing PRDs and managing backlogs.
Analytical mindset with experience using product analytics tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Experience in [Industry: SaaS / FinTech / E-commerce / B2B / Consumer Tech].
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Mixpanel, Amplitude, SQL (basic).
Experience working with APIs or technical integrations (bonus).
Experience running experiments or data-driven optimization initiatives.
