Position: Product Manager, Analytics Location: Sephora Field Support Center (FSC) San Francisco POSITION SUMMARY As a Product Manager, Analytics, you will be a part of the Track & Measure Product Management team to own the Adobe Analytics implementation. With your expertise in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Mobile Services, and Testing tools like Charles and with experience in omni-channel retail, your work will be highly visible across marketing, personalization, product management, tech, business, and UX. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and drive implementation of analytics tags for Sephora.com (desktop and mobile web Partner with Tech team members to research and ensure that the proper analytics requirements are implemented correctly in our analytics systems. This involves working closely with engineering and testing teams so that tracking is done within sprint timelines and with minimal defects. Contribute to the Product Analytics roadmap for data collection for new and existing features, end to end (conception to production Manage sprint timelines and priorities for analytics systems related stories and communicate properly with developers, business stakeholders, and reporting teams. Research and investigate tracking issues that may be raised by internal reporting teams or stakeholders, conduct testing and provide impact assessment to stakeholders on issue and their resolution. Enable the product owners to make informed decisions, by understanding the user behavior through analytics. Providing support on tracking and reporting on multi-channel marketing initiatives: Web, Paid Media, Paid Search, Paid/Organic Social and Email. Work cross-functionally with site strategists and integrated marketing managers to properly manage page tagging, metrics tracking and post-launch dashboard creation. Experience as a Web & App analyst with experience in researching issues, designing and testing solutions for web and app tracking systems. Comfortable working within JIRA, Aha!, Charles/firebug/fiddler/etc. Experience with QA'ing analytics tags. Compelling storyteller with experience communicating concepts and ideas to leadership, product, tech, and business teams. Leader with communication and negotiation skills and the ability to partner with business, product, and technical teams. Motivated self-starter, with an ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to operate autonomously. Proven multi-tasking skills with ability to prioritize, meet critical deadlines while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and vendor partners. Agile and flexible with regards to changing priorities and needs. Strong analytical skills, problem solver, and attention to detail. Experience with Adobe Test & Target and/or overall Adobe Experience Cloud is a plus. Ecommerce experience is preferred. Working knowledge of JavaScript is a big plus.
