Procurement Systems Analyst (SAP)
Contract Position
Foster City, CA (Onsite from day 1 in a hybrid model)
Excellent communication skills required
Desired: SAP ARIBA Buying and Invoicing (B&I).

Job Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary help-desk support for all SAP/Ariba-related questions including front-end intake of Q&A, issue resolution and on the spot user training.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to conduct root cause analysis, communicate improvement recommendations, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Aid internal stakeholders and suppliers on vendor onboarding processes.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to facilitate requirements gathering discussions and gather and document business requirements for future enhancements.
  • Support training Ariba users on system operations.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or 5 years of experience in ARIBA Implementation/support projects
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Procurement Support role
  • Experience with S/4, Ariba Buying and Invoicing, and S/4 Hana
  • Understanding of supplier onboarding and Procure to Pay processes within S/4 and Ariba
  • Customer service oriented and able to work cross-functionally

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or any closely related technical or analytical field
  • 2 years of experience working in Hi-Tech Industry and Technical Infrastructure
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana and SAP modules
