Job Description: The Plant Process Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing manufacturing processes within the plant. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The Process Engineer will also play a key role in new product introductions, process optimization, troubleshooting, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for manufacturing process improvements and develop action plans for optimization.
  • Provide problem-solving support for machine and process-related issues to minimize downtime.
  • Develop and update work instructions, process standards, and tooling requirements.
  • Oversee tooling and dies management to optimize machine performance.
  • Evaluate machine guarding systems and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Validate and analyze Connected Factory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize data analysis and statistical tools for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in change management activities related to process changes and new technology implementations.
  • Collaborate with the product development team for new product launches.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Engineering bachelor's degree required Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial engineering.
  • 3 or more years of hands-on process, operations, and/or maintenance engineering experience in an industrial environment.
  • Strong interpersonal communication, organizational skills, and analytical abilities.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing requirements.
  • Self-starter with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Proven experience in successful project completion.
  • AutoCAD experience.
