Position: Practice Manager Healthcare Operations (Remote USA)

Position Summary:
Client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Practice Manager to provide operational leadership and support for hospital and clinical programs across the Southeastern United States.
The Practice Manager will be responsible for overseeing program performance, ensuring operational excellence, financial accountability, and maintaining strong relationships with hospital clients, clinicians, and internal stakeholders. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Operations (VPO) and collaborates closely with Regional and Facility Medical Directors to deliver high-quality healthcare operations.
This is a remote position with occasional travel (approximately 10%) to client sites in Florida, Tennessee, and Alabama.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with the Vice President of Operations (VPO), Regional Medical Director (RMD), and Facility Medical Director (FMD) to oversee day-to-day operations of assigned hospital programs.

Proactively identify and address operational challenges to ensure seamless program delivery and client satisfaction.

Build and maintain strong client relationships in alignment with "Client for Life" (CFL) philosophy.

Ensure accurate documentation and data integrity in the Client Retention Management (CRM) system.
Act as a liaison between Client's hospital leadership, and clinicians to resolve issues related to:

Staffing, scheduling, and recruitment

Clinical operations and compliance
-
Financial and billing matters
-
Performance metrics and service delivery

Support provider department meetings, including agenda preparation and reporting in collaboration with VPO, RMD, and FMD.

Participate in Monthly Operating Reviews (MORs) and other regional or organizational meetings as directed.

Contribute to business development initiatives and assist with new client onboarding and service delivery improvements.

Support special projects, strategic initiatives, and organizational goals as assigned by senior leadership.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field).

Minimum 1 3 years of experience in healthcare operations (hospital, physician group, or healthcare management setting).

Demonstrated understanding of healthcare operations, financial performance, and provider relations.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Power BI, Tableau, or KPI analytics preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across multiple levels of stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information, prioritize tasks, and maintain workflow efficiency.

Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.

Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends to support physician and hospital programs.
