Job Description :

Responsible for the development and operations of multi-tier application environments across several business intelligence products including their installation, patching, fine-tuning, and troubleshooting.
Configure, develop, and debug reports in Power BI & other BI tools, and analyze data
Write SQL queries and functions in a sophisticated Data warehouse & Relational database environment
Update and track tasks in JIRA
Build, update, and maintain technical documentation for software-based projects and products
Interact effectively with business partners to understand business requirements
Assist in creation of technical requirements
Participate in architecture, technical design, and product implementation discussions
Collaborate with team members to solve problems
Experience
- Intermediate/Advanced knowledge & experience with SQL; good understanding of Data warehousing and Relational database concepts & technologies
- Ability to take complex data issues, methodologies and analysis results and present them to business stakeholders through “visual stories”
- Ability to analyze and synthesize a wide range of data into valuable insights
- Advanced knowledge & “hands-on” experience with Power BI (including DAX) & other BI tools
- Experience with building visualizations & complex data sets in Power BI & other BI tools
- Experience on working with Power BI and Snowflake in Direct Query mode
- Strong desire to learn and develop additional skills and expertise over time, as well as drive process improvement
- Exposure to Agile methodology
- The ability to seamlessly understand reporting & analytics requirements
- Strong analytical, presentation and leadership skills
- Ability to work & collaborate in a globally dispersed organization
- Adaptable, flexible and thrive in a changing, dynamic environment
- Highly motivated, proactive, self-starter who works well with minimal supervision, but who also enjoys working collaboratively
- Experience with tools like DAX studio/Tabular Editor/ALM toolkit/SSRS is beneficial
- Exposure to Snowflake Cloud Datawarehouse
