Job Description
Possess good Business Analyst skills (Communication/ Req. Gathering/ Ability to deal with ambiguities/ Team Co-ordination/ QA activities and UAT planning/ Documentation)
Design, document and maintain business/system processes
Product Manager mindset and ability to handle client requirements
Hands on with Agile and scrum
Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to technical team
Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
Must possess valid US work permit
Tool set
o MS Visio or BPMN or Balsamiq
o Knowledge of SQL
o MS Office Package
o JIRA , Azure boards, SharePoint, Clarity
CPG / Commercialization background is necessary but not mandatory
