Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Bench Sales Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The Bench Sales Recruiter will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging with potential consultants who are available for project assignments. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with candidates, clients, and vendors to facilitate successful placements and fulfill staffing requirements.

Responsibilities:

1.      Source and identify potential consultants who are on the bench or available for project assignments through various sources including job boards, networking, referrals, and social media.

2.      Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, ensuring a steady pool of resources to meet client requirements.

3.      Engage with candidates to understand their skills, experience, preferences, and availability. Assess their suitability for potential job opportunities.

4.      Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors to understand their staffing needs and align candidate profiles accordingly.

5.      Negotiate rates and terms with candidates and clients to ensure successful placements while maintaining competitive market standards.

6.      Present candidate profiles to clients, highlighting relevant skills, experience, and fit for the specific job requirements.

7.      Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates. Provide necessary information and feedback to both parties throughout the process.

8.      Facilitate the offer and onboarding process for successfully placed candidates, ensuring all necessary documentation and background checks are completed.

9.      Stay updated on industry trends, market rates, and the competitive landscape to provide insights to clients and candidates.

10.  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, client requirements, and ongoing placements in the applicant tracking system (ATS) .

11.  Collaborate with the recruitment team to share market insights, best practices, and innovative strategies to enhance overall recruitment efforts.

Qualifications:

1.      Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

2.      Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter or in a similar role within the staffing industry.

3.      In-depth knowledge of the IT industry, technology roles, and market trends.

4.      Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.

5.      Excellent negotiation skills to secure competitive rates and terms with clients and candidates.

6.      Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

7.      Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), customer relationship management (CRM) software, and other relevant recruitment tools.

8.      The self-motivated and target-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment goals.

9.      Familiarity with immigration and visa processes is a plus.

10.  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
