Responsibilities:

IT PMO Business Analyst will train, coach and mentor the Team and business partners in SDLC as it relates to project Discovery, Initiation and Definition, and in particular, requirements definition and business analysis best practices including stakeholder definition, research, business objective definition, risk-benefit assessment, requirements definition, documentation, prioritization and ranking ensuring knowledge transfer. will conduct discovery including creation and delivery of IT Project Pipeline 'Discovery' Packets for the IT Executive Steering Committee to enable the prioritization and ranking of the IT Project Pipeline.

Requirement Details

  • Experience in business analysis; help desk support; requirements definition; and stakeholder communication both verbally and in writing.
  • 5 or more years' experience in the last 8 years collaborating with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment.
  • 5 years' experience gathering IT requirements from client / business artifacts like documents, letters, forms, reports, websites, intranet sites, etc. as well as product / solution trends and best practices.
  • 5 years' experience documenting requirements including Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM); Data Elements Register; Business Rules Register; Roles & Permissions Register; System Register; Database Register; Integration Register; etc.
  • 5 year' experience diagramming detailed, formal requirements including Current State Cross Functional Process Flows; Future State Cross-Functional Process Flows; Use Case Models; Data Flow Models; SWOT; Business Objective Models; Cause/Effect, Fishbone Diagrams, etc.
  • 5 years' experience drafting, reviewing/revising, approving documents to ensure all documentation is Specific, Measurable, Assignable/Achievable, Realistic/Relevant,Traceable/Timeboxed (SMART) objectives, requirements, communications, etc. answering the Who, What, Where, When, How (5Ws+H).
  • Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification 'Associate' Level minimum or can demonstrate
  • Associate Level certification skills for each of the following MS Office Products, versions Office 2013 or later: MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS Visio
