Must Have:?
Project management experience 7-10 years
3-5 years of Program management experience using a formal methodology including Agile, scrum, Waterfall?
2-3 years of Scrum Master?experience
Expertise in Jira, SP & Wiki, MS Office
Acted as a PgM & Scrum Master for 1-3 Scrum teams working in multiple project & perform effectively all the scrum ceremonies?
CSM?Certified?is a must?
Technical background preferred worked as Business Analyst/Engineer
Provide business process and technical expertise to team and other members on various significantly complex programs/issues
Excellent at working & producing reports for leadership level on day to day task activities
Knowledge in big data, data & analytics, Hadoop, SQL, BI tools (Tableau,?PowerBI, Metrics Insight etc, streaming technologies.?
Ability to communicate complex ideas, often at senior levels, to persuade to adopt a different point of view as needed
Ensure cross-team coordination & work on removing barriers experienced by Team?
Reporting & communicate on day-to-day activities to required stakeholders?
Ability to see the big picture and grasp complex interconnections, self-drive, and “a bias for action”.
Create project plans which includes scope, schedule, cost, quality, organization, communication, staffing, risk and issue management?
Facilitate, attend, scribe and distribute minutes for scrum/program meetings???
Drive project execution by monitoring project status, gathering customer responses and needs, monitoring project scope and watching for potential roadblocks?
Ability to multi-task between concurrent assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles; works well under pressure?
Excellent communication skills including written and verbal; ability to present ideas clearly and concisely?
Relationship-driven with ability to interact with a wide range of individuals?
