15+ years working in IT environment of CPG/Retail industry with strong experience in PLM systems and proceses
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: - PLM for process, packaging application, supply chain
- Experience in retail or CPG industry
- Have a consultative approach and be hands-on in developing executive and SME level presentations
- Have the drive to work with the different SMEs and ensure prior alignment so that the buy-ins are available before the scheduled meetings
- Have an overall awareness of working of large corporates (Stage Gate, Agile, matrix organization)
- Have a good understanding in gathering the requirements in a way it can be transferred to the development team
