Job Description/ Responsibilities
"Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile principles and practices
Hands-on Oracle PL/SQL, SQL coding
Strong knowledge & experience working with PL/SQL components
In depth knowledge in Optimization techniques and SQL query tuning
Proven track record of successful Oracle PLSQL projects using Agile Methodologies
Sufficient level of technical background to provide highly-credible leadership to Development Teams and to be able to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues
Team Management skills to play both Tech Lead and Project Lead at Onsite
Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI/CD) experience. Bit Bucket, Bamboo, JIRA, Confluence etc.
Involvement in Client discussions on Status Updates, Sprint Planning Meetings, and Bug Triage
Functional Requirement gathering for planned user stories or enhancements and perform GAP analysis
Evaluate and implement new initiatives on process improvement and technology initiatives"
Understanding requirements, planning / estimating
Design, Develop and Configure Software Systems
Meet market and/or Client requirements either end to end from analysis, design, implementation, quality assurance
Configuration and Support of Enterprise Software Applications
To deliver and be responsible for the maintenance of software product or system or for specific phase of life cycle
Apply knowledge of Technologies, and Application Methodologies
Project Management Activities
Identify solutions and guide Offshore Team
Collaborate with Enterprise Architect Team
Take complete ownership of delivering technical deliverables including codebase, and actively participate in the rest of the deliverables
