Job Description :
Looking for PL SQL Developer for a long-term project in greater NewYork area to work on Corp2Corp. (C2C
This is a direct submission to TCS guys through internal reference at the client site.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide hands-on production support for critical applications.
2. Good exp in application support in PL/SQL
3. Partner Partner closely with Application Development, Testing teams, all data consumers, and other dependent support teams.


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field.
2. Experience :2-5 years of work experience in Applications Support/PL SQL

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
1. Monitoring concepts for varied platforms
2. Good in ITIL process and strong in Sql server , Remedy
3. Ability to quickly learn new applications and business
4. Customer Service - build positive working relationships with internal customers in various organizations, while setting and managing expectations
5. Ability to think proactively towards automation and continuous improvements of application support activities
6. Ability to learn and use a number of different technologies to analyze and resolve complex issues.
7. Ability to take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution.
8. Excellent interpersonal skills, team player, with an ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary to communication production issues and resolution status.
