Role: PL/SQL Developer
Employment Type: Contract – 6 Months subject to extension
Location: Working from Jersey City, NJ.
Trianz is looking for a PL/SQL Developer with strong hands on design and development work as well as coordination of all SDLC phases of the project. About the Role · As a technical developer your responsibility will be required to collect requirements, document findings and solutions. · This role will require ability to code. · The individual will have a strong knowledge of software development and design and will have experience working to develop business-critical applications. · This position requires excellent client services and technical skills. · Simplify the platform and deliver a more efficient operating and technology model to multiple business lines that can also be leveraged across other parts of the company. · Deliver enhanced reporting and speed to market capabilities. Job Responsibilities · Design, develop, and maintain complex data warehouse system to support various business andtechnology needs · Use technical knowledge to identify areas to improve and optimize ETL model · Provide flexible solutions to complex business problems using our technology practices. · Collaborate closely with developers to implement requirements and provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process · Develop working knowledge of business workflows and systems used to provide ad hoc support to technology and business teams for day-to-day business operations where required · Monitor Production data warehouse batches. Going through ETL logs and quickly address any data discreapanices · Engage with team members and be an active contributor in standups Required Skills · 12 plus years of Experience in Application Development Project. · Extensive knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Oracle/PLSQL · Understanding of Database Design, Query Optimization · Working knowledge of secure engineering practices · Familiarity with RESTful API applications Nice to have Skills · Experience with Python · Experience in Data analysis with ETL technologies like DataStage, Informatica · Investments Domain Knowledge · Data Analytics, Knowledge on Coric or Business Objects or Tableau Technical Skills · PL /SQL Trianz is growing at a faster pace than the industry for the last five years.
